Hotel Taypikala Cusco

This hotel was certainly a great value for the price. The staff was just awesome, totally professional and very helpful. At the time of this writing, they followed their own Covid protocols, and for us, we certainly appreciated it. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety (even for us vegans) definitely more than the other hotels we stayed at) and our room was cozy, comfortable and clean. We also loved that the room came with a great electric tea kettle (nice touch), which made for having a good cup of tea late at night. The hotel is nested in a great spot close to the center of town, (a short walk to Qurikancha). It’s decorated simply (love the wall decorations) and it’s close to all the things we wanted to explore. We also were able to extend our stay and stayed for a total of 6 nights. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
