Palacio del Inka, A Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott

We booked a deluxe king toomand the room was very small with no space to open the suitcases so we agreed with the hotel to pay additional 70 dollars per night and to upgrade to junior suite, the junior suite was with bad facilities and without any AC , unbelievable to a 5 stars luxury hotel . Bad experience Off course we change to other room-with air conditioning

We booked deluxe king room, at the beginning we received a very small room with no space to open our 2 suitcases Than we upgraded our room to junior suite and add 70 usd per night After few hours we realised that there is no air conditioning in the room We packed again and move to a deluxe room for one night because all the juniors suites were booked and the day after finally we received a very nice room. Unfortunately in the evening when we wanted to take a shower we realised that the shower doesn’t work and the toilet was blocked. We were very upset with the room’s condition and it’s doesn’t suitable to 5 stars hotel Se service was excellent they always want to help but we were really disappointed and uncomfortable to move from one room to another Breakfast was amazing And the hotel very clean

Great staff. Very helpful and courteous staff. Just a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. My wife and daughter enjoyed the spa and we love the baby Alpaca in the courtyard who we took many pics with. Highly recommended

Wow! The Palacio Del Inka was an incredible experience. Not only was the hotel beautiful and full of rich history, but they had superb service and staff. From the moment you check-in, you are offered a warm welcome and a local tea selection. Alfredo and Walter, after arriving from an overnight flight, comforted me with breakfast and an early check-in. Throughout my stay, staff members such as Diana, Patricia, Miluvia, and Dani took great care of me as I prepared for my Machu Picchu climb and explored Cuzco as a solo traveler. The concierge staff was also readily available and knowledgeable. All I can say is Wow! Thank you Palacio Del Inka family. I hope to visit again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant's food was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends

The hotel was centrally located. The staff were super sweet and helpful. we travelled with kids and our room was perfect for a family of 4. the French toast was the best I have ever had.

A very great stay. Great property. Location is central and convenient. The property itself is warm and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet is fresh, high quality, and of high variety. Staff genuinely warm - front desk is warm, night audit a lot of fun, concierge helpful, and doormen very pleasant. A cute baby alpaca, Chaska, comes to visit in the courtyard in the morning. Room is comfortable and housekeeping is effective and pleasant. Wifi is fast. Lobby is very comfortable.
