Didn’t like this property. Not worth the price paid. Have to pay for coffee, regular coffee is so basic and should be included part of the steep price paid. Check out was terrible. Only one employee at desk at checkout time, made no sense. Would no recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Great location and beautiful lobby, but overall a very average experience. Check in is slow, crowded, and paperwork feels endless. Rooms are very small, especially for a family, and decor/design of room is generic. Breakfast was an additional 60 PEN per person, which is excessive and makes you feel a bit ripped off. I understand if breakfast isn’t included, but 60 soles is way too much. Check out is also complicated with refund of deposits and charges and should really just be streamlined. Anyway, it’s still a good option for a convenient location in Cusco, but they could do better.

The property looks better in pictures. From the moment I arrived, I was overlooked. A family arrived after me, they were tend to before me despite me bring it to their attention I had been waiting. Then I was place in the basement in a handi-accessible room the bathroom looked like it was that of a hostal. The room itself felt like a dungeon, now warmth to the decor. It was late when I arrived, I took a shower and the water was on and off pressure. The next morning I washed my hair and did a deep condition, when I went to rinse the condition out there was no water. Had to wash my hair in the TINY Sink that was about 1ft x 1ft in size. When I went to front desk, they changed my room. It’s was an improvement but certainly not pleased with the overall hotel. The staff, other than all bellman, weren’t that friendly. My friend who was also staying at the same hotel had to change room. He was going to head back there when we got back from Inca Trail hike but decided to go somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed at 2 other hotels during this visit to Cusco and those were perfect. Friendly staff that made you feel at home.
