Kelly the young woman who works with her little alpaca baby Pancetta on the property, is such a nice encounter. She made our experience memorable in this gorgeous place. Please keep her and let all the tourists live such a beautiful experience.

This Marriot is as good as the Ritz. Services were top notch in ALL areas and all the staff in every department are the best! Every details in the room and in the entire property are well put together. Activities provided by the properties were well planned. We toured the Convent and learned about the history of the property. We went to the San Pedro Market Place with the Chef of the Hotel. We spent time with the Inca Ladies at the Courtyard and view the weaving demonstrations and have pictures with the cute baby alpaca and the handler. We enjoyed every minutes of our stay.

JW Marriott el Convento was an outstanding hotel choice for our family in Cusco. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, down to every last waiter in the beautiful bar and dining room, every luggage porter, and every staff member at the desk. The setting is so gorgeous, we felt torn to leave the property to explore Cusco. With all the adventure travel options in Peru, it was well worth the money to have a comfortable, beautiful, friendly home-base in Cusco. Highly recommend!
