The most incredible part of staying here was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I can’t emphasize enough how clear it was that they genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. I also had the chance to experience three different rooms because I was part of a group over multiple days, and each room was clean and comfortable — AC and hot water and comfy beds (and again, the staff proactively noticed our reservations were a little complicated and went above and beyond to help us simplify them). We had easy and safe access to everything we wanted or needed (dining, shopping, sightseeing), and we were able to use the spacious gathering space for group meetings or personal time. I would definitely return here and recommend it to friends and family.

First time traveling out of the country. Accommodations were recommended by family member. Friendly and courteous at checkin. No elevator but asked if we needed help climbing stairs. Room clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble with TV, no instructions on cable or local stations but didn’t spend enough time in room to really matter. Shower was great.
