Kanoa Resort Saipan

The location is good! The hotel is between airport and DFS. Not crowded. During daytime, the music from wave jungle is bit noisy. I stayed before Christmas time, so there were many Christmas parties at nights. Therefore, hotel was busy for parties. If you want to relax at hotel, you should avoid this season. However, the hotel is nice, and family friendly. The diving shop in hotel, it was great. Their hospitality is wonderful. I would like to use again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Multi Cultural guest from various Asian Countries! Good Beach BBQ with nightly dance & music entertainment. Awesome sunsets! Safe beach to wade and play on. Nice wading pool for kids. Okay adult pool for volleyball and small swimming laps. Good shopping. Parking. Easy to get just about anywhere from this beach resort. Huge lobby! And even a couple huge "Family Suites" for those traveling with kids like we were! Overall, a good stay; worth your own visit to check it out yourself and compared to many other hotels in U.S. Saipan Island. LEW~ p.s. There is NO free H20 & it's super expensive; so bring extra cash just for water consumption! Really.

As mentioned in previous reviews the hotel is older like most on the island. However the renovations in the rooms are up to date and pleasant. The overall stay was very nice and the resort has everything you need. There are many stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk if you desire to eat/shop away from the resort. The hotel did offer a free shuttle to main shopping area. What made the trip outstanding was the staff. From the moment you check in the front desk personnel are very helpful. The house keeping staff is very friendly and will go out of there way to make you feel at home. The pool/beach lifeguards and staff are amazing. They are very friendly and are always trying to make your family laugh with their fun nature. The pool and beach are clean and well maintained. Plus the staff are proficient in many languages (Korean, Japanese, Etc) so language is not a barrier. The only issue some might have is their lack of WiFi coverage. The lobby and pool/beach area have great reception, however the rooms have weak signal. That being said they were upgrading their WiFi during our stay so this should be fixed now. Overall the resort and the staff are great and we will definitely stay again.

Front desk was very nice, room was larger than expected, clean, and comfortable for my family of 5, EXCEPT there wasn’t any internet available. Every room should have internet available not just select rooms in the hotel. Also, there was a hot water kettle but no complimentary water, coffee or tea.

It is a good stay. Good hotel with nice kid's pool. I do recommend this hotel.
