The hallway going to the room stinks , i hope they can do something to remove the bad odor coming from the carpet.....though the room is ok but going out really smells bad..also another complain is the operation of their pool for kids..we are required to check in at 3pm but the kiddie pool is only open until 5pm..we were hoping the next day my daughter can spned more time in the kids pool since check out was 12noon, to our dismay they open the pool at 9am but the kiddie pool is not available till 2pm bec. there were not enough life guarda

My 8 year old had a blast at this wonderful kids friendly resort. She enjoyed at the kids club and teachers were all super sweet and fun! She did not want to go home. Most children are Koreans but she managed the language barrier very well and had so much fun with friends and teachers!

I was assigned a room with noise and dust in the construction site, and I had to decide if I didn't sell it or if it was thoughtful. The staff didn't respond very well to this situation, and I was extremely displeased with the supervisor's attitude toward my complaint. I was constantly told that I should pay more for upgrades in the superior room than actively responding to other alternatives. Is there any traveler who wants to travel with the view of the construction site, noise, and dust throughout the three-night trip? Shouldn't we change our position and think from the perspective of the traveler and sell the room? It was unpleasant throughout the three-night schedule and I will never travel to Saipan PIC again. Even though I was assigned a room with such unfavorable conditions, I did not receive any guidance or consideration. After a series of complaints, I was finally assigned a room close to the elevator. PIC is a family-bound resort. I have confirmed that the resort is uninteresting even with a 3-year-old child. I have been filming construction views and noisy views and I will share this with my acquaintances. I have been assigned rooms with construction noise and dust, and I have to make sure these rooms are not for sale or were considered. The staff did not actively deal with the situation, and the supervisor's attitude toward my complaint was very unpleasant.
