voco The Hague, an IHG Hotel

A very nice hotel with pleasant staff members. The hotel is beautiful, and it is in a great area of Den Haag. Unfortunately, our assigned hotel room’s floor was dirty and the body soap/hand soap (large pump bottles) were both empty after using one time. In addition, the water pressure in the beautiful shower was a 3 or 4 out of 10. I will take functionality over looks any day of the week. Breakfast was nice, but not a “wow” as the hot food items were in large pots and much of the hot food Items (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, and tomatoes) were lukewarm to cool when eaten. Pastries, coffee and juices were great! Again, kudos to the welcoming staff members. They all excelled at making me and my family welcomed in the hotel.
