Great location, close to the main attractions, stores, markets and restaurants. The hotel is new, clean and modern rooms. You can buy a recicled bottle for 3.5 Euros and refill it with water whenever you want at the front desk. Great breakfast with lots of food options. The room was a bit small for my family (2 adults, 2 children) plus baggage, and the sofa-bed was terrible. Since we stayed for a single night, that didn’t make difference. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

We had an interconnecting room on the 3rd floor, which made it really convenient for us as a family (3 adults, 2 children). The hotel set up the sofa bed and supplied a travel cot for the children (3 & 1) and I had the double bed. Grandparents had the other double room. The hotel was spotlessly clean & great facilities - especially the shower in the room. There's a hairdryer and mini fridge, which was very handy. Location is great, very cental for travel around The Hague. Tram 1 takes you to the beach and only a short walk to centraal station for airport, zoo, anywhere. The staff were wonderful, so helpful, not only with check in but helping book days out (on dutch websites) & taxis when needed. I highly recommend Bagels & Beans for brunch, just 2 mins walk away. Next time I'm back in Den Haag, I'll definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in very central location with on site parking. Good size family room and breakfast buffet had lots of choice. Car parking very expensive.

Very disappointing. I stayed here with my two children, but only two beds had been made up us on our arrival. On our first evening, the shower flooded because the drain was blocked. I reported this, and was told it had been fixed, but the same problem recurred the next day. I was moved into a different room, but yet again only one bed had been made up for my boys. And yet again, the shower drain was blocked. There are some helpful staff at this hotel, but several were surly, and unhelpful. Some of the towels were threadbare, and the carpet under the bed had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The furniture was cheap and the walls scratched. On one day, our towels weren't changed. On several days, we weren't given new tea or coffee supplies. The beds are comfortable, and the location is excellent, but I wouldn't stay here again.
