NH City Centre Amsterdam

The front desk staff were hit or miss ( sometimes good sometimes clueless). We arrived early on our day of check-in and went up to the front desk several times to see if our room is ready. Every time we would go up, they would act as if they didn’t know who we were and we would have to explain the situation all over again, despite talking to the same people we were exhausted in sleeping on the couches, but when our room became ready, they did not bother to come and tell us, even though we had been asking several times and were desperate to get into our room. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend it and it is a good value. The area surrounding the hotel was very safe and quiet and the room with four beds was perfect for our family, although it was up a steep flight of stairs with no lift with no lift, the air conditioning in the room did not work as well as we had hoped, but the room was clean and the linens and the beds were comfortable .

The hotel was very clean and the room assigned was very spacious for 3 people. Front desk was very friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I had the pleasure of staying 4 days at the NH City Center. The rooms were spotless and the location is ideal. What makes this hotel special are the hotel reception staff; in particular Pim, Milene and Patricia (sp). They were very professional, upbeat and super friendly. They were always available and eager to help me and my family with our many requests and questions. I highly recommend NH City Centre.

Most family rooms have stairs. Ours had a very steep staircase to get in to the room, and I don’t recall seeing any warning when booking. Having said that, I thought the staff was excellent. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I thought more than one went beyond what I would expect at a typical higher end hotel.

Amazing location and accessibility. Very nice and clean rooms. I want to highlight how friendly the staff was and how eager they were to go above and beyond to help. We visited with our 1 year old baby and the hotel was very baby and kid friendly.

The neighborhood is great - close to everything. Many restaurants and walking distance to all major touristy sites. We had a family room with 4 twin beds and it's very comfy & spacious. The breakfast was awesome. The service was 1st class, including the front desk and the restaurant staffs. We loved everything about this hotel.

We had a family unit located on the first floor. The unit had a balcony by the window looking out to the canal which was really nice

Great hotel. We booked a family room for 4 and it was so spacious and comfortable. The staffs are all friendly and helpful and the breakfast is top-notch. Really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back.

Very large room with 4 twin beds to accommodate our family of 4 comfortably. Nespresso machine in the room and very good breakfast buffet with many choices. Very clean hotel. The only thing that could be improved is a ramp for disabled people to access it instead of stairs.Also would help with heavy luggages!
