The property was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and we had a great view of the pool . The Staff was very helpful especially when my toddler had an accident. The property is in a great area and a short distance from "el centro " via taxi.

My parents and I stayed there for a week. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in Merida the multiples times we have been there. The hotel was clean, modern, and beautiful. Location is great. Carlos at the restaurant on the 17th floor was so kind and helpful! He served us every day that we went there and his customer service was beyond amazing! Food was amazing! Our rooms were cleaned every day and we had no issues during our stay. If I could improve something, it would be that the front desk people need to be more friendly and attentive when guests ask questions or even walk into the hotel. Other than that, I will be definitely staying there again and recommend to family and friends.
