The location and price for the service was the best. The amenities are good for a short family trip. Rooms are outdated but clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, but speaking in English was not in their comfort zone that made some challenges. Beach was great and not busy in week-days in late March.

This is great for families with children!!!! Our little kids enjoyed the pool and beach so much! They also loved the restaurant breakfast!

I realy like the feeling and area. I like the fact that they have a kids area and a NO kids area but my only negative/positive is that the hotel take the dollar price higher that the price point however i did notice that they take the liberty to round the price to the higher price for example if something is 38 pesos = $2.11 they will round it to 3dll

One of our favorite places to stay at when in Peñasco! Always amazing customer service. We usually stay on the first or second floor suites with balconies but since we didn’t come with kids this time we just booked a basic room, at the counter we were upgraded rooms but to the fifth floor (never stayed that far up) my husband heard scratching in the bathroom vent and thought it was a mouse only to find out it was pigeons around the vents since we were on the top floor, when we were in the room it drove us nuts but turned the tv on to drown it out. Also, this bathroom for some reason the drain outside of shower smelled like sewer. Sprayed body mist to cover smell. Upon arrival in our room we did receive a complimentary charcuterie board and waters with a note from the hotel which was super thoughtful! Overall the staff was amazing as usual and just a fun vibe! Will continue to book the first floor suites facing the beach those are our favorites!

They hotel has some where, out door didnt close very well. Worst part of the stay was others charged drinks to my room. They called multiple times, came to my room at night as I was putting my kids to bed so I would come pay the tab in a panic. I asked the next day for the itemized copy and saw the drinks were not ours. The bartenders acknowledged that the group ordering gave my room number but it wasn't me. No one apologized for the error, didn't seemed co xerned with processing my refund, offered nothing for ruining the last day of vacation. We have friend looking to go with us to Rocky Point but this hotel has lost all recommendations from me and any future business.

I was surprised with the excellent customer care, all staff were courteous and willing to help at any request. I would definitely will come back with my family for my next vacation

We really enjoyed the pool area and it was even better that we were able to enjoy live action entertainment that was kid friendly appropriate. We had breakfast at the resort and our server was very attentive and kind. Our overall stay was great. Especially our welcoming to our room. We will be coming back soon. Also all the staff was great.

Family friendly hotel . First time going to Puerto Peñasco. Stayed on the 5th floor Get a room with a balcony & ocean room. Stayed with hubby & 3 kids Parking was a short distance . Pool area is great and the sandy area with lounge chairs is nice too! Friendly check in everyone had a smile . Easy beach access , with security only letting in guest in through gate . The only thing is you cant bring a ice chest they will not allow it even if you are walking to the beach. You have to buy food & drinks from their snack bar . The beach has food and vendors. If you are Mexicano & like Banda music & good ambiente this is the place to stay . The beach is nice & clean . This place might be too loud for Gringos Cant wait to go back After 6-7 the beach clears up.

I have booked my stay. They tried to cancel within 12 hours because of a family emergency. The manager Carmen would not allow me to change the day and would not return my calls and would not communicate with me. I’ve been staying there for the last 25 years with my family and my friends, but I will not stay any longer and I’ll make sure that I tell everybody the treatment that I received.
