I stayed at Fiesta Inn with my family. We really enjoyed our stay, check in great, rooms very clean restaurant and bar services excellent.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Fiesta Inn Playa del Carmen and both times I have had pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to staff by the swimming pool - my teenager kids had lots of fun swimming and enjoy a pizza by the pool deck. The room was spacious, comfortable beds and excellent AC - plus good cable channels. We had no issues with WiFi during our stay. 5a. Avenida is just a block away and a 7/11 just outside the hotel. which was great! No loud clubs or bars nearby. We'll be back next time we visit Playa del Carmen.

Javier was super helpful with us, I ended up with 6 more family member joining us. The only thing was disappointed was we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and didn’t receive any greetings from your staff. I mentioned in my reservation, other than that everything is great

Pro: affordable, in the middle of everything yet you still get sound sleep because you cant hear the loud music. Con: very minimal but i originally stayed in a very basic double room and it was acceptable but missed a few details/ amenities (towels, outlets and lakced space)- I upgraded to a junior sweet and it was the sweet spot for me but i would have been fine in either case. The last cont id give is the place needs to be updated little but again i really enjoyed my stay and will highly come back because its close to everything and the price was supreme.

The hotel was very modern which I like!!however my room didn’t have a microwave or fridge in it so my kids had to eat cold food and they didn’t provide washcloth only towels.. the staff was nice Javi was so nice and helpful it was a pleasure meeting him
