Staff members are not present during check-in and out, everything is done via WhatsApp. I like that there's food options nearby, and playland for the children to play.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, which helped tremendously. The price was affordable and it was a 15min drive to the beach at "zona hotelera". I would recommend this hotel to friends/family.
