Hotel Aldea del Bazar

The room was dirty. There were hairs in bathroom and a child’s crib in the room. It did not really seem clean. The mattresses are vinyl (reminded me of my dorm days) Plus, we paid for a room by the pool but we’re told one was not available. Nice pool area but over all not a good stay. We decided to leave early.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Puerto Escondito, the building and grounds are beautiful and the pool is very large and clean. We recommend this hotel to all our friends and family who come to visit.

the receptionist for our check-in around 10:20 pm was rude, no service at all, just hand me the key and remote controls, I have to ask him for the bellman so he can indicate where the room was located or help with all of our suitcases. He mentions there was none, so I asked for directions, again he was not happy or either had a really bad day. Got a room 2nd floor. the hotel is beautiful but is understaffed and there's no food at the restaurant to serve to guests, not even coffee. On the contrary, the receptionist that help us with our checkout was sweet and helpful to me and the family, female lady.
