Safi Royal Luxury Valle

Expedia and property Safi Valle are not on the same terms. I had the hotel for 9 days for 3 people and I had to leave on an emergency a day before. I was going to leave the key to my cousin and decided I would notify the front desk that I was going to leave my cousin in the room for one night. The hotel wouldn’t let me because it was against supposedly their rules. I could’ve just gave the key to my cousin but i tried to do the right thing. The hotel claimed that they have to register people to the room. I spoke to the manager at the hotel that stated that she couldn’t refund me the last day and finally she asked me for my email address so she could send me a free night voucher. I think that was the strategy to get rid of me. While staying at the hotel I had an unknown visitor open my hotel room door at 2 am. I jumped up out of bed and ran towards the door. I pushed a person out of the door and slammed the door. I called the front desk and all they said was that they were looking into it. So much for registering people to a room. Based on a stranger trying to get into my room at 2 am. My family and I will never use Expedia or Safi again. Very dissatisfied with both. Customer service at the Hotel is the worse. Thank you.

We stayed there while visiting family. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing and the room was great, very spacious and comfortable.

Excellent location. Clean room. food was well above excellent. Plus you have two shopping centers where you can find many food options all within walking distance, plus hotel restaurant is open 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel for business, romantic, or even family travel.

I stayed here before. It is an excellent place to stay with your family, friends or business.
