Terrible experience it was all about kids running and screaming all day long till late hours. They have no rules for using pool and will let everyone play and scream as much as they want . Might be fun if your are in holidays but never think staying there if you are traveling for business

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff and amenities are great, clean and very well run. It’s in the city center area which is convenient, but not the best area like in many other cities. We loves the 24 hour restaurant and room service, The pool area and jacuzzi are great for families. We’ll definitely come back to centrally located hotel.

For the price it's a great stay. It certainly needs some renovations, and while it's a more family oriented place (Beware that if you go on a vacation season, there's gonna be plenty of kids) if you don't mind that you will be fine. The service on the housekeeping it's great. For a guy like me that uses the hotel mostly as a place to sleep for a few hrs because I'm gonna be exploring the city most of the time it works wonders.

My family and I stayed 4 nights at Safi. Upon arrival, the front desk staff did not have our rooms ready. They couldn’t find a room for us. Finally after about 30min they gave us a room. The room didn’t look clean. The bed was not properly made and the towels looked dingy. The AC was not that great. The men outside were rude and not friendly at all. Our family (12 of us) will not be returning to Safi.

The rooms smelled horrible, pure toilet, family members changed rooms 3 times, 2 rooms were left and went to another Safi hotel paying for the last 2 nights at that hotel as well.
