Breakfast as always was great, kids were excited to swim but pool was out of service until February. Would be nice if they would make a note of that before booking

This hotel has the best staff. They are very helpful and amicable. Breakfast is delicious so many options for me and my kids. The pool and the Gym made our day after walking for hours in downtown where this hotel is located. Monterrey is a pretty busy city, so staying here was a great idea since we could walk to a lot of fun places like Paseo Santa Lucia.

Old, big, very good hotel. I knew it from my days as a student living in Monterrey. My family stayed there for graduation. Still has the look, like you are in some 80's T.V. series. Still, needs renewal of rooms and shower space. Meals, kind of expensive, but great. Very good price for a very good hotel. Personel kind, fast, attentive.
