Great Hotel, Yes I would recomend to friends and family

A day after our arrival three full size buses with almost 300 minors arrived. They took over every floor of the hotel. there were kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors, playing witht the elevators. We stayed on the third floor, it took us about 15 to 20 minutes for the elvevator to arrive at the lobby. Minors were packed 4 or five in one room with no adult supervision so you can imagen waqht took place. Breakfas time was total chaos, lines almost to the hotel outside doors. We decided for the remainder of our stay to go elsewhere for breakfast. The ommon areas we completly filthy. I complained to the management but, no response, only excuses. The general manager's name is Elizabeth Jimenez and in my opinion, she is completely inept to hold this job. Allowing this situation to occur with diregard the wellbeing and confort of other guest is inexcusable. To summarize the 6 days stay there was poure hell. We must certainly never stay there again.
