Courtyard Monterrey San Jeronimo/Valle

We checked in two rooms we got keys for both rooms and occupied one while we were waiting for the rest of the family to show up, later when we trying to move in the other room there was people already in our room, they assigned our room to some other people, scary for my wife and daughter to be put in this danger, I asked the employees in the front desk to have the manager called me but he never did, I guess is ok to make those type of mistakes and don’t talk to the customer, the room we occupied first the AC went down and need to move to other room The new room had Slow water going in the shower and toilet! At that point you it didn’t make sense to say anything. I been using Marriott for some time and never had this type of problems, the hotel is located right next to the rail roads and it’s very noise specially during the night. The people at the restaurant was kind and nice, and they have good food.
