Amazing staff… they were very helpful, kind and made my families stay feel safe and effortless. Also the staff was well versed in English and was able to communicate with us all. This will be a place we will return to when we return. Very centralized and was very quiet.

We were staying at NaNa Vida while in Morelia for a family wedding. All 12 of us could not say enough about the welcoming, friendly, helpful staff who work there. They went above and beyond themselves to ensure our needs were met and our visit memorable. The location was ideal, we felt safe, had restaurants, banks and shopping all within an easy walk. The lobby/courtyard is lovely and works perfectly for meeting up with your travel group. NaNa Vida is excellent value for your travel dollars.

NaNa Vida in Morelia was a great experience for my family and I vacationing from California. This place felt literally like home, it’s not a big hotel but then again they have a lot of staff that were always available to attend the needs of guests. All the staff Dulce, Mariana, Viridiana, Luz, and Osvan and the house keeping from Lupita were exceptional! And above all the hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and very close to the Cathedral, the architecture and vibe transports you back to history. There’s so much more great things to say about this hotel, but the name speaks for itself it’s a boutique hotel, I would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone else who wants to enjoy their stay in Morelia. They also have hotel in Oaxaca and Mexico City which is our next vacation destinations so definitely will be looking to stay in these hotels.

This place is a hidden gem in Morelia! NaNa Vida Hotel is a fantastic place with an amazing staff and personnel. They were extremely helpful and understanding which made check-in an easy and flawless process. I love that I found this family owned hotel instead of the normal chains because unlike the chains, they are more detail oriented and they will go out of their to make you feel right at home. The room was amazing with an ample sized bed and bath tub where I actually fit in! Im 6 foot 1 and i thought I'd never see a tub where I'd fit in until I came here. The copper tub was beautiful crafted and the painting created by the local artist hanging over my bed was beautifully done. I would definitely come back again and recommend this to friends and families (which i already did the first night i stayed there!) Also a quick shout out to the hotel maid Angelica who was great in keeping my room clean and smelling so fresh every day i was there!

Excellent stay. Staff was very attentive. Traveled with children and staff made sure we had everything we needed. They even provided us with small gifts which was really appreciated. Best location to walk around and sightsee. Very clean! Would stay here again without a doubt.
