Super convenient it you need to stay near the airport to catch an early flight. Also accommodating for your babies- they provided a Pack-and-play for my toddler to sleep in (just request a crib and this is what they have).

The hotel was an excellent option to stay overnight after arriving to Mexico City Airport. We only had to take the elevator to the second floor and walk a few hundred meters to the lobby. The room was large, comfortable, and with a nice view to the central court. The bathroom was very good too, didn't look too new, but everything worked properly. The most important thing is that the personnel brought the baby crib as we requested previously. Overall excellent!

The staff and concierge services were the best. Saul was extremely helpful & friendly in all aspects. All staff treated us like family. My daughter had a medical issue & they jumped to get us the help we needed and then some. They even went to the pharmacy for us at 1pm & insured we had what we needed. Restaurant DELICIOUS! Free Breakfast has great options even healthy ones and well prepped! If I could give more stars I would. Car service was amazing. Guillermo was booked to take us around town & he made sure we were safe, well informed & took us to the best local tacos spots! I’m definitely going back!!!

We checked in evening to take rest for an early morning flight. This was necessary with 2 kids wth us. The elevator required room keys to operate, and we were given only one.... the room AC was not working properly. In fact, the corridor was colder than the room, which we had set at 18C.... coffee machine was not working.... and the restaurant food was mediocre and over priced...

My family of 6 were thrilled with the convenience and the hospitality we received at the Courtyard Marriott Mexico City airport. Located minutes from the International Arrivals/Departures area, we enjoyed a seamless transfer from baggage claim right to the hotel lobby for check-in. Can’t get more convenient than that. The buffet breakfast was likewise a highlight of our stay.

Courtyard is definitely the best choice at the MEX airport. A bit of a trek to/from terminal 2, but there is a free shuttle as well as an aerotren. We stayed at the NH in terminal 2 in a previous layover so that we could be close to our flights, and the rooms were dirty (crumbs in the bedding!) and dated. The Courtyard is WAY nicer, with larger, clean connecting rooms and comfortable bedding. The service was amazing and attentive. We were a family of six weary travelers and the complimentary beer and waters offered at check-in were highly appreciated. The only con is that the restaurant feels more like a lounge for business travelers, but the food was good and service was great.

Our daughter got sick while here and they took great care of our family. They gave her a teddy bear which she loved and accommodated special requests From the kitchen. Amazing staff!!
