The hotel was absolutely spotless and very family friendly. The staff was very attentive, the porter met me at my taxi and took my luggage to my room, the room was spotless and there was a coffee maker and free toiletries in the bathroom. Housekeeping was superb. Highly recommended.

It’s my second time staying in the same room. Both times are just for 7-8 hrs due to an overnight layover. The first time it seemed like the A/C was not working, but didn’t realize it until late and it was too difficult to move my entire family of 5 to a new room. I asked the staff the second time we stayed if the A/C was working properly. Again, it’s hot in our room but too much of a hassle to change rooms when we have an early morning flight. It’s the last time I get fooled and won’t be staying here again.

Enjoyed the hotel for its proximity to the airport, restaurant and pool. Great for a quick overnight with kids to catch early flight in the morning.

This place was perfect for my party of 5 adults 1 kid. We had a junior room. The pool was awesome. The jaccuzi wasnt as hot as we would like but didnt stop us from using it lol. The pool is indoor but they have the windows open for nice air flow. There was a 24/7 coffee shop which was good and the free shuttle to the airport was nice to have. They had english speaking staff which was a huge help. We will definitely be back to this hotel next time we visit.

During check in, they wanted to charge me $25 extra a day for my son that is 13 because he counts as an adult. However, The room description says the room is good for up to 4 adults. Had I not looked up the information to show them, then I feel that I would have had no choice but to pay. Be very careful to read all descriptions when booking. That being said, the hotel is clean. Counter staff is not friendly nor do they greet people. The hotel is not in a very nice area or within walking distance to anything. Next time, I would rather stay closer to the city center. The cleaning staff is amazingly friendly and does a thorough job cleaning the room. We stayed for 8 days and have nothing to complain about her. I tipped her well because I know they get paid next to nothing. If you are looking for a place to get rest, then look elsewhere. You can hear outside noise and there seems to be repair work going on at odd hours. Three days in a row, I was awakened at 3 am with sanding and moving furniture. When I called, they seemed to not care. I also brought it up to the front desk and they seemed to not know anything about it. The pool area is small and always full. The water has so much chlorine that one of my kids got a skin rash. It seemed ti have burned her, but as soon as you open the door you can smell it. Overall, the place was clean but I have stayed at better more comfortable places with better customer service. I won’t be coming back here.
