St Isidro Corporate Housing

Spacious rooms, ideal for families, very clean, very convenient location. Service at the restaurant is defficient except from a nice lady. Food is ok. A more variety of bread in the breakfast would make the difference. Property needs to be remodeled. Rooms are outdated and bathrooms are not modern anymore. It was a good stay though.

The hotel and room are great. Room has coffee and good food from room service and restaurant. The room is big enough for our family and suite is so helpful. The location is really challenging, with horrendous traffic and no where close by to walk/see. If a similar property could open on Reforma or in the historic center, would be a huge asset for the company and city.

It was a nice hotel at first sight, then once we got to the room we noticed our balcony slide doors wouldn’t close, we have kids and that didn’t work. It took over an hour for them to bring us a crib. We had to call a couple of times for the crib, the balcony doors, and the safety boxes. We left for about 4 hours to let the room cool down, when we came back it was hotter than when we left. It did not cool, we had to call a couple of times as well, but e also noticed they didn’t fix the balcony doors problem. They ended up moving us at 1 am to another room because of the ac. Long story short they had to bring us a fan, ac never worked. Baby didn’t sleep all night meaning we all didn’t sleep. It was horrible, it made us lose hours of our day to go see new places. The staff were very friendly, helpful and only if those “little” things would’ve worked, at least the AC everything would’ve been perfect.

St Isidro Corporate Housing was a great choice for our family. The rooms are nice, although they need some upgrades with USB outlets, and more outlets near the bed, some maintenance all around like paint especially in the bathrooms, but overall we were very happy. There was an issue with the reservation, we reserved a one bedroom Suite with King, and a Second Royal Suite with 4 King Size beds, however they do not have any rooms with 4 king size beds, and they explained that in Spanish they put the description as Larger Full Size beds, which do not exist, however they did provide us another bed in the Living Room which worked out fine for us. The staff were helpful and friendly and would absolutely book again!

The hotel is located in a great location minutes away from Polanco and Las Lomas and with access to main roadways. The hotel is a full service hotel with restaurant and bar and gym. We rented an apartment which was great for our family size. The prices were great and we found availability between Xmas and New Years. We would gladly stay here again. The rooms are slightly outdated but they are comfortable and very spacious.
