I booked through Expedia for another day stay for family. The hotel should have asked me to re-enter my same credit card information for incidentals for the extended stay. They did not . As a result, the hotel refused to honor or accept my previously stored credit card. The hotel humiliated my family, and demanded that they pay for incidentals.

Great place, great location, great staff! Service was superb! Only two things about this hotel made it less than perfect… The cost of this location is higher than most, but I would likely do it again if I didn’t eat there as much as we did. The breakfast buffet was excellent, BUT, it wasn’t $100 good for a family of 3. Food was good, just not good enough for how much it cost.
