Fiesta Inn Plaza Central Aeropuerto

When we travel to Mexico City we stay in this part of town as is conveniently close to family members and we always have a pleasant stay. Unfortunately this time, our AC unit in our room stopped working the night we got in, after complaining to the front desk the next day, they didn’t do anything about it. That night after complaining again they sent up an electric fan and I was told they would fix the unit. Yet it was never fixed and not once was I offered to change rooms, when I asked to be moved they said they would check availability and I was never moved. I was told they would talk to management for a refund or credit for my next stay so we will see if that happens.
