This hotel is amazing. The service is impeccable. The location is great, and the absolute best part is the staff. They treat you like family and make you feel at home. Natalia, Santiago, Luis, Gina, and Sofia were a delight at Club Millesime. Jorge was also great at Balta's bar. Everyone is just wonderful and I could fill page just raving about all the staff and their incredible service. I cannot wait to be back for another lovely experience. Thank you all!

Great location and great staff. Walking distance to Chapultapec park, which is great with a baby. We stayed with our 2 year old daughter in the suite. We were able to put the baby crib in the closet and/or in the 2nd bathroom. Special shout out to Natalia, Laura , Luis and Santiago in the lounge for always being so accommodating. Max, Laura and Sofia at the concierge were also so helpful in suggesting local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend if you are traveling with a baby!

Sofitel is more than a hotel for me and my girlfriend, it’s family and always will have a place in our hearts. All staff is incredible and deserves highest honors. In Sofitel we started a new chapter of our life and everyone, especially Santiago, Natalia, Maria, Jose Manuel, Jany, Claudia, Francisco y Uriel are part of our unique love story and made our stay unforgettable. We consider Sofitel as our second home and and it’s more than a pleasure for us to come again and visit our new family in Sofitel.
