Definitely, it’s a hotel not family friendly for children. It was our choice and at the end our problem.

We had and were expecting rooms more comfortable. The spacious was very reduced. Not recommended for large families with small kids ~ we missed the swimming pool.

Everything was clean. I don't like there was not microwave or small refrigerator in the room. I think this is important when you are travelling with kids.

Upon arriving i was charged for my stay when I had already paid through expedia. They said that was a deposit on their end so they had to recharge my card.The water ran OUT in the morning and they where waiting for the pump to bring it back up.So we where unable to use toilets,wash our hands,(wash baby bottles!!) Since we had a baby with us.It was very hard morning.They also stated they would call me back about my extra charge and they never did.The next morning i called again and they had me go downstairs.Will not be staying here again unfortunately.”

Awful. We started in one room that the AC wasn’t working they sent someone to check and nobody called me in one hour gap, so I went down and tell the lady, she just gave us another control. Room was HOT, 3th call and I demand to put me in another room. They send us to another worse room moist, no A/C. It was the worst experience for me and my kids 6,7 yrs old we will never be there again

My family and i arrived and were quickly assigned a room, we went there to clean up but less than an hour later someone opened the door, it was another guest that was assigned the same room, he left to the counter and we remained in our room, someone at the front desk did call to apologize, the next day at the "breakfast" one of the waiters was very rude, he was visible mad when i told him that there was not a single glass for juice, the food options were very basicz just cereal, about 5 apples in total and a couple of bread slices
