Hotel La Rienda Misión Tequillan

Overall okay. The town is a haven for kids to be drinking so you know that after hours the hallways gets pretty rowdy full of buzzed and drunk hooligans. Staff was very attentive, only part I was not satisfied is the rooms don't have mini fridges. It was inconvenient having to ask reception to put away or bring my insulin. For the price of the room, i expected more amenities. FYI, the internet was terrible, the best spot was in the reception area.

What I liked the most was the location! It is located in the middle of Tequila and everything is in walking distance. Tacos carts outside, Oxxo down the block, souvenirs shops everywhere. The place itself is beautiful—It gave me Hacienda vibes. The staff that checked in me was friendly and he let us check in earlier. They do have luggage storage if the room is not ready. Parking on site is available. I booked the family room which came with 3 beds, extra pillows and blankets. It was a clean, beautiful room that also came with outside seating area. Only issue is the walls must be thin. My friend and I were talking in normal voices until the front desk clerk came to knock on the door and said we were being too loud! He did that the next night. We literally had to whisper. Will I stay again in this place, yes.
