Live Aqua San Miguel de Allende Urban Resort

I love everything the stuff is a must the hotel the room I highly recommend this hotel thank you everyone for making our stay so perfect . We definitely will go back with friends and family !!!

Traveling with family and 5 kids under 6 years old. The hotel is absolutely stunning and definitely kid friendly! Great kid pool area and kids club; they accommodated everyone in the restaurant and made the experience amazing! Brought cribs to the room for the smallest children with nice and soft bedding all ready to go! We will be back!

I stayed here for a wedding. The place is beautiful and there is no doubt about that, but there could be some improvements. There was a situation at check-in where they said they didn’t receive my initial payment and I was asked to pay again. This took time to correct and my initial payment was found. I have two complaints about the rooms. One, the gorgeous bathroom has zero privacy (for a king size bed) and you’re only privacy for two double beds is a curtain. The second thing is the AC doesn’t work great. It turns off on it’s own and doesn’t want to come back on. This was a family trip and we had multiple rooms and at least 2 rooms had this issue. I would also say the food could be better. Tries to hard to be something it’s not. You’re better off walking a few blocks and enjoying street food.
