Las Palmas Hotel

This place is amazing, great customer service, property and rooms are very clean. The activities and pool are family friendly. Restaurant has amazing food, drinks and customer service. I would definitely recommend Las Palmas.

First, it should be noted the hotel does not have beach access and a significant walk. The evening we stayed at the hotel, it was cold, in the low 40's. The room had a heater/ air conditioning unit but it only produced cold air. The front desk closes at 10pm so there was no one to speak to regarding the room being so cold. The linens on the bed were so thin they provided little to no help with the coldness in the room. The next morning when the front desk opened, we advised staff of the non functioning heater and how cold we were all evening. We were denied another room as per the staff, they had no other rooms to offer. The heater was never checked on my the staff or offered any other blankets. We requested a refund as my parents could not tolerate staying in such a cold room for another night. My mother actually awoke feeling sick from being cold all night. We were denied a refund as well and therefore lost our money as we stayed elsewhere our last night in town. To say my family was completely dissatisfied with our stay at this property would be a huge understatement.

Great stop on our way down Baja peninsula! Kids loved the pool to get their energy out. Nice restaurant and bar with fantastic live music. Good for families.

Building is outdated and a little overpriced for the. Location and amenities, but super clean and safe environment. Great family vacation!!!!
