Hacienda Bajamar Golf Resort

It was really nice experience for my family that visited your place for the first time and they loved to death. Thank you so much for keeping this place so natural and beautiful and peaceful too!

People either go to this "resort" to golf, or see the ocean. If you're not there to golf, and hope to see the ocean, the staff seemed like their trained to dissuade you. The property is very large, so I offered to pay full price for a game of golf just to get a golf cart to take my spouse and 3 year old near the ocean. That's not allowed there, and no one is allowed to walk close to the golf course. So you either need to walk a couple of miles to see the water, or get in your car and drive (to whatever beach you want). They also have no play pens or cribs for babies and toddlers.

Property is a little older. I still enjoy the Baja Mar area. Love the old Western décor and the rustic appeal. I've been coming for years to the area. I feel very safe on this property. Great for the family.

Very peaceful place to relax and have a good time with family.

Excellent setting for families

This placed is run down. There is a smell of gas in the stairs close to my Junior Suite. When I asked they told me it was the laundry room. The view to the garden is to the soccer field and there is construction materials everywhere. The air conditioning in our junior suite was not working and I had to called twice in two days to get it fixed. This placed used to be super good and I feel they have gone down the wrong management style. I was here 5 years ago and I was impressed. This time around, I am not sure I will be back. It was at one time my favorite "resort type" hotel in this part of Baja. Very sad. The best part of this hotel is the staff, friendly and very professional. Management needs to give them the resources to fix the place and make it look good again.
