JW Marriott Los Cabos in Cabo San Jose is one of the best JWs we have stayed at. The facilities are amazing. It is quiet, clean, and relaxing. The daily activities for both families and adults are top notch. from tequila tasting to baking lessons, we had a blast. The customer service here is top notch. The employees work with a heart of service to make the trip enjoyable and memorable. We traveled the second week of June and we would be so delighted to arrange another stay at JW Marriott Los Cabos.

Such a relaxing resort for a family! The staff was amazing, very respectful! The rooms were clean and neatly arranged when we came back to our room! There are many pools to hang out at and the resort has many places to walk at! Definitely recommending to friends and family!

The hot water in the room was sporatic. Only two pools were heated, one adult and one for kids, and they were still pretty cold. The hot tub area by the kids pool was barely warm enough to stay in very long. At $1400 per night you would think the hot water would work and the hot tub would be hot…

The service and property was amazing. Everyone was so kind and the food was great. Would have liked to have had more dining options for at night. Also, the power went out 3 times while we were there. The first time was for about an hour and a half. Thankfully it was during the day and we were by the pool so it didn't effect us too badly but I couldn't imagine having napping kids in rooms or getting ready at night and it would go pitch black. I asked other guests about it and they stated no one would really tell them but that they were told the power sources were unreliable and the property was run off generators. Besides that, we have zero complaints of this property and would go again.

This property is without say beautiful! As I am in the hotel and event business I look at details though. So here are A few things the property can work on: the TV only had on English channel and no way to input HDMI, USB or casting to see our own things! For the price that is not normal. Also the "cheap" grill restaurant is very expensive but the setting is lovely. And the new tacos restaurant needs some work in the offering as it is overpriced for what you get, and the banging of the meat by the chef is not agreeable. The rest of the hotel is great and the staff is what made the difference, all so nice with our family and twins. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was very modern, clean and quiet. My family had a really good rest .

The resort is absolutely beautiful and has breath taking views. There are a few down falls though. The food is over priced for what they offer and comes room temperature. The gym doesn't have air conditioning and its $80 USD for a just a couple hours for the kids club. This resort is an hour away from everything. I missed one of my excursions because you have to be in the lobby 2 hours early because of travel. The scenery is amazing but overall this was not a good experience.

Excellent relaxing experience . Loved various pool options. Adult friendly and family friendly.

property is quiet and peaceful not a lot of guests they have a kids pool and an all adults only pool it is not inclusive and overpriced
