Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos

The hotel is clean and luxurious, though the floor is slippery. I just wish the buffet was available all day and there were more entertainment options for both kids and adults.

The resort is beautiful, boutique style. the staff in the reception and lobby area nice and friendly however, the staffing at the restaurants are not as friendly, all they care about is to let you know where the tip line it should be select, eventhough the gratuity is already added to the all inclusive cost. It’s a very expensive resort. The food variety and quality is not good for the price. There are lots of children, for families with children this is the ideal resort. It’s a small and it offers a kids club. The rooms are modern and clean.

This resort and the customer service is the worst that I've ever been to. I have been to cancun and many other los cabos resorts but this place was the worst. First of all, check in took way long, wasting our time. What is the definition of all inclusive resort??? There is not enough restaurants to go to and the rooftop restaurant for lunch is not kid friendly. Its for lunch not even for dinner. Then the only choice we had was outside food truck for lunch. The cafes (coffee and gelatos are not included in the all inclusive) Toothbrush, toothpaste are not provided, you have to pay for them and they are $21 USD. They are just travelers kit kinda toothbrush. Our baby had a allergy reaction so we asked for medicine, of course they dont have it so we went down to market to purchase them, they are $70 USD for claritin!!!!!! are you kidding me? The restaurants have menu that are not inclusive and it is not written on the menu nor told and they would charge extra for it. Nothing to do there, spa is extra charge and masssage is $350 USD for 50 minutes.. do you think you guys are in beverly hills? We asked the concierge if there is anything special for our parents 70th birthday, any cake they can do with a candle after dinner but no answer so I asked again..... never got an answer.... What kind of customer service is this??? Will never and ever go anywhere that is affiliated with your company ad will never recommend to our friends.

The experience was over all good. Definitely family friendly, we did not expect so many children. The dining was great, we wish there were more dining options inside with A/C. The staff was incredible, they should be able to wear short sleeves though. It’s too hot to make them wear those thick long sleeve uniforms!!!

The customer service was outstanding. We were assigned Edgar and Jesus to assist us and they were attentive and efficient. Ivan on the 11th floor pool bar was kind and cater to my 95 yr. Old Japanese mother in law treating her like family. I wish I remembered the name of all the staff members that assisted us and made our vacation a memorable one. Definitely we will be back next winter. If you are in Cabo you must try Hiroshi's Japanese restaurant and the steak house even if you are stayong in a different hotel.
