While some guests have noted that restaurant reservations are essential and that the all-inclusive options can vary, the resort's location near other properties provides ample dining choices. Great hotel for our family vacation. Long stretch of beach with a good portion of it being swimmable. The hotel is close to two other properties so the restaurant options are numerous. Staff was super friendly and welcoming!

Loved the beach and the view. Staff was excellent, attentive and friendly. Didn't care for the pool chair rules. People held at them all day even when they were not sitting there for long periods of time. If you didn't get one first thing in AM, then you had nowhere to sit other than near kid's pool. Maybe better if reserved for a period of time and not all day.

This was our second time staying at this property. Both times we upgraded to the all inclusive, the first trip both food/drink and alcohol were included. The second trip alcohol was not but no where did it state that, so be very careful on your selections, seems very decieving to me. The second item to be aware of is, make your reservations to the restaurants as soon as possible. If you wait to do it after you arrive your gonna be out of luck. We asked for assistance from the concierge desk but were told they couldn't be any help, I was surprised how little help they were and how little they cared. I would have thought being a returning guest would have meant something to them. The property is nice but has limited restaurants and bars, so if your looking for any nightlife this is not the place for you. The 1 bedroom suits are extremely big and very nice. If you traveling with younger children, under 80 pounds the beach will be very tricky. The under tow for the water is extremely strong, unless you go early in the morning or later in the evening. Like I said before this was our second time there and probably our last. My kids wouldn't be able to enjoy the beach if the went, and when traveling as adults when we pay for all inclusive that's what we expect to get not just food and soft drinks.

this hotel advertises to be a luxury resort, I paid $425 a night for a junior suit. I bought my trip thru Expedia, they advertised the hotel as being all inclusive. It is not! You have to pay for all food and drinks and when I say pay I mean $10 a drink and the food is not cheap. You can't get a dinner for less that $100 for two people, not including drinks. The room: They do not have king size beds on any of the junior suits. We were celebrating our honeymoon and requested an upgrade if available. The hotel replied that they would accommodate our request based on availability. We arrived to a room with no air conditioning and all the sheets and couch were wet from the condensation. Around 4:00 PM. we requested a different room and the front desk manager stated, that they did not have any other rooms available and that our AC would be fixed. By 11:00 pm we still had no AC in our room and we were finally moved to a different room, same type of room. More than half of the resort was dark all weekend, which tells me that there were rooms available we were just not offered the option to upgrade. All the junior suits share a balcony with the other suits so there is no privacy.
