This place is the cleanest hotel with amenities I have ever seen in my 61 years on this planet ..workers constantly cleaning,
Everyone offering assistance whether it is at the pool, walking the grounds or at your room .. this is truly a 5 star resort . If I had to come up with a criticism, it would be the lack of commercial stores and availability of snacks, which caters more towards kids, but it’s clear they are aiming at people that are out for a luxury experience without the hustle and bustle of running around, but instead, just relaxing in style and comfort.. ….

The resort is amazing. Having stayed at several vacation properties in this general tier, I can say the resort itself/facilities are basically as good as it gets. Truly phenomenal. On site restaurants were also fantastic (albeit very expensive, and make reservations!). Also pretty kid friendly for our 3 year old. That said, service level was a step below what I’d expect from a resort of this level. Nothing bad at all, the service is objectively good, but I did not experience “above and beyond” bend-over-backwards-without-you-asking service I’ve received at Ritz, Four Seasons, St. Regis, etc. resorts at a similar price point. Only other knocks against it is because of geography, it’s windy, and you can’t actually swim in the ocean, and the gym can get crowded at peak times. Overall a great resort and I would definitely go back!

From the welcome beverage to refreshing towel upon arrival. And a team to welcome you by name. The only thing for me is the pressure their time share holders wanting to book your morning. I explained it was our first time in Cabo and we are looking to explore. The room was spectacular. We booked the two queen beds swim up. I recommend when traveling with kids. Food is delicious. Every staff there was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This was our first flight and resort stay with our seven month old baby. Thank you to All Cabo Services for another smooth transportation experience.
Regarding Nobu, we had a wonderful time. The number of guests was low during our stay, making for a quiet and peaceful environment. Most of the food options were delicious and offered an opportunity to explore outside of the norm. The resort is small compared to many other properties, but we enjoyed the convenience and walkability. The minimalist design of our swim out room helped us feel relaxed and, for the most part, was not lacking in amenities. Be aware that the food and cocktails are very expensive and plan accordingly. Also, check with the property regarding construction and pool closings. Noise from repair work did detract from the peace and quiet a couple of times. However, we were most disappointed that the ocean front pool was closed for renovation. The two pools we did enjoy were amazing in terms of design aesthetic, comfort, and service. We were able to utilize pool cabanas on multiple days which was very helpful with the baby.
Special thanks to our Concierge, Ignacio. “Nacho” greeted us upon arrival, and made sure we were taken care of every day without being overbearing. He knew how to be there at the perfect time. 10/10 on communication. Many thanks to Seleni, Jonathan, Caesar, Jeremiah, and Alfredo for making us feel at home on our first international adventure with our baby boy!

We came to Nobu for our anniversary. We booked a private pool suite (which turned out to be semi-private). It took us an hour and 3 phone requests to get ice sent to our room. We would have been totally fine with getting ice ourselves if we could have. The entire time we only corresponded with our concierge via text so there was never a face to face greeting. The one thing that made our experience terrible was the fact that we had a room that specifically stated no kids yet we had a crying baby next door to us that insisted crawling onto our side of the pool everyday. Upon checkout we were told that we should have mentioned it to our concierge but if your resort doesn’t book every room why should I be inconvenienced by packing and moving to another room. That’s something that they should have caught when booking rooms. For the amount of money we paid for Nobu that should have been taken care of by guest services prior to check in. This will definitely be on my video blog. We didn’t pay to have a crying baby during our stay and the resort was practically empty. No compensation was even offered on the end. Which if it was I probably would have been ok. But they were basically like it was our fault. This will be probably be our one and only stay at Nobu and I will definitely share our experience. We ended up checking out and finishing our trip at another 5 star resort.

Amazing property with incredible amenities and lovely staff. Yes, food is expensive. It’s Nobu! But overall prices were in line with Miami. It’s on the Pacific side so don't go during windy season in May - early June unless you love the spa. There are very few kids here—huge plus for me—plenty of pool chairs and everything is gorgeous. If you want a party vibe, this is not your place…but for a sophisticated, sexy weekend away, it is amazing!!

I had a lovely stay at the Nobo. I never felt more safe and at home at any other hotel besides here. The staff was very nice and I got my own concierge Diego was amazing . I will be returning back. For the price and everything included it was worth it . I highly recommend this is a great spot for adults . I don't recommend for kids. I loved it :)

The marina area in Cabo San Lucas is a $35 taxi ride away which is good and bad. Bad if you want warmer temps and a beach, good if you want privacy and quiet. Management needs to understand their unique conditions--and emphasize that its quiet is its strength--and if someone wants loud, contemporary music, they can stay at the "Hard Rock" resort next door, which is entirely not suited for this beach.
First, we've been in great hotels--and the Nobu's rooms are finished to the highest, from cut stone paneling and flooring, to custom-made cabinetry.
Because of the unsafe, high wind conditions, beaches are "black flagged," so parents with small children, are in my opinion, there for the wrong reasons. Restaurants are very good--if you go to Manu, dress nicely--and ask for a view of the kitchen. We visited a rock formation less than 2 miles south on the beach on the one day of 6 it was OK to walk on the beach.
There are some minor annoyances--such as the "encouragement" for a 90 minute property presentation, or our room having an ice-bucket & lid, but no ice machine available to guests.
There is Japanese design present in the sculpture gardens, but it is absent in the landscaping. Original plantings have been replaced with plant materials that are more suited to the windy, dry, sunny, cool, conditions (formally planted--such as uniformly spaced cactus), instead of stylish simplicity of informal groupings. Palm trees tell the truth about the windy conditions.
