There has been some major safety concern that put our kid at a major risk I brought the manager and showed him a gap in a public main balcony glass that a kid could easily jump from. I had an extra room that was booked by mistake for me and my wife. Since the room was extra and although I had requested early enough to can cancel the extra room they forced me to accept both rooms as it was done through Expedia and even I had no choice to cancel yet they gave one room to me and one to my wife with one key to each room individually and when I asked for manager the guy said I am the manager. One other issue is using taxi and shuttle to and from airport.

The food here was subpar. I wasn’t blown away by any of the restaurant they offered, from breakfast lunch or dinner. The drinks were good but the service was amazing. Upon checking it was nice and easy and they recognized my Expedia account status. I also love their kid amenities, and different events at night. Other than the food being ok, everything else was fun. Slides where amazing too

ac in my room did not get cold it took them 4 times to fix it. They had a night wedding in the court yard right in the middle of all the guest rooms instead of a venue away from all the rooms so guest with children that were sleeping and guest that had to get on early flights or doing early excursions had to be subject to the loud drum music till 10:30 pm and then the clean up noise till 11:15 pm. The rooms all have a musty smell to them . The breakfast and lunch were very good the dinner food all was very salty.

Beautiful well kept property with all the amenities you could need. Entertainment available. This location is set up to be heavy family friendly but they do have an adult only pool. Beautiful view of the ocean but don’t plan on getting in there at the resort. No swimming on most of the beaches. You will have to go on an excursion to get to a beach for swimming or snorkeling.

We visited the property in 2020. Just three years later, and the property is very dated. Floors in rooms, shower, exterior walls of property, etc. The type of music allowed for guests to play was absolutely inappropriate. I am glad we did not bring our children with us. They were allowing guests to play “Pop that pus!?y” by Two Live Crew. And all of the nasty songs by Cardi B. We are not coming back again.

Overall our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cabo SanLucas was good. The property is nice with a lot of amenities. The restaurants are good with a decent selection on the menu. We never had a bad meal, some items were not to our taste, but well prepared. The kids selection was decent typical selection of: chicken nuggets, french frys, hot dogs, and pizza. The coffee bar was nice with a lot of extra pastry selections. Rooms were nice with modern furniture flat screen TV and nice bathroom amenities like rain fall shower and double sinks. The fold out couch bed was NOT very comfortable and really needs improvement to be an option for an adult sleeper, kids thought it was ok. The gym was nice, but often as the case is with resort gyms the equipment was limited and made it hard to complete a full body work out. The water slides were part of the draw for us as we were brining our grand kids. The 3 slides were fun although you couldn’t take a timid child with you to get them accustom to the slide. I understand their hesitation, but have been at other resorts where you could get the 5 year olds over their initial fear and then they would slide by themselves. The down sides. There was the pressure to listen to the membership presentation. It came in waves and the employees responsible for getting people to sign up seemed to be under a lot of pressure to make appointments. The resort has a lot of group bookings for weddings and conferences and conventions which made the resort fe

Not worth the price. Beach property, but you cannot swim at this beach due to strong underwater currents, and it’s this way all year round. Property has a bunch of pools and swim up bars, although you will have to fight for chairs at the pool, if you are not there right at 8am. Servers at the pools were all men, and a bunch of them acted like they own the place instead of giving good service. All inclusive was ok, but after the 2nd day, the food all tasted the same no matter what restaurant you dined at. Beware that many of the staff will try to sell you a membership and they give you rewards for your time. None of it is worthwhile, and they keep on coming in waves. Unfortunate, we attended one and really regret it. Our reward was the Awaken dinner, which was ok at best($175/person). So glad we didn’t actually have to pay for it, the family we sat with paid half price, totally not worth it. Zen restaurant reservations (teppanyaki style) was difficult to get but the food was disgustingly salty and everything was overcooked. The restaurant manager came and asked us what happened, and did offer to cook us something else. It was a waste of food, because we couldn’t eat it. Simply just not good. The property is literally in the middle of nowhere and difficult to find.

Good property for kids amenities. Food is meh - you will get bored of the food after day 2. Rooms weren't the cleanest. And the one thing that pissed me off the mist were the people selling blue and black bands. Ruined my trip. I will never stay at your property because of Mario. He was so announcing. We come to vacation to relax, not to be hounded by sales people.

The pool was too cold for kids and the jacuzzi not hot for adults. Dinner at the steak house was booked until I paid the guy on the side and then suddenly a table appeared! The restaurant was half empty so got hustled! Game room is weak.
