Good place for a family holiday

Room floor abit sticky .. but overall is perfect! Can’t wait to go again! My kid love this place too..

Great place for kids! The kids enjoyed the hotel playpool that we didn’t even need to visit the theme park.

One of the best resort stays we ever had. Room location was convenient. Easy access to kids pool and walking distance from the shopping mall and Sunway Lagoon park. We highly recommend the resort.

Perfect place for family vacation

Wish the resort had replied or gotten back to me regarding my request for my kids. Yes it’s a request but if you could or couldn’t accede I think shouldn’t let guest know so we can have a back up plan in place before checking in. Other than that, new place is beautiful.

Booked the family terrace becuase specifically wanted to have bath tube, however was assigned another room upon checkin and was not informed. Called customer service and they explained due to renovation, family terrace was not available and the room assigned was a water terrace room thats come without a bathtub. Would appreciate this was communicate to me before going to the room and find out myself and have to call. Have to pay for parking which out of my expectations when paying for 3 nights and the price is above average against surrounding hotels Expendia customer service was contacted and responded promptly. All in all this will not be my first choice should i visit sunway again as the price versus expectation/experience is far fetched.

Great for family vacation.. Location has water theme park n big shopping centre

Helpful staff, spacious room and convenient place to stay as there's a huge mall just next door with all you need (seriously, no need to go to downtown/center of KL as that mall has it all, from some named brands to cheap stores) - plenty of choices for eating as well and some attractions for the little ones) And a theme park (SunwayLagoon) - perfect if you are going with kids. The pool is great and so the breakfast with wide variety. My only complaint would be the noise that you can hear in your room from the hallway.

I booked a family package of 4D3N. The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. Spend a day in Sunway lagoon much to the enjoyment of my kids. The Sunway mall is just a 5 mins walk from the hotel and it is linked. A lot of shops and eatery in the mall. I will suggest to head out of the hotel to shops opposite, where you can eat cheap and good local food. Ming Tien Rest is a coffee shop with multiple stalls and you can choose to seat in air-con interior. Unless you drive, it is very difficult for you to venture outside the hotel to other attraction. The only mode of transport outside Sunway is to take a cab which can be expensive. But outside the hotel, you can flag a taxi. Overall, a good stay and kids will enjoy the water theme park.
