The room is comfortable, clean and the the staff is very helpful. I went to KL for my biz trip.. it’s been ok until the family with children checked in. They made so loud noise... on the floor that I stayed. Note for alk thos families : when you are travelling with your family with limited budget... you need to behave your kids well!!
