I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The level of service provided by the staff at this hotel is truly unparalleled. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. I have never experienced such exceptional service at any other hotel before. What impressed me even more was the wide range of amenities and activities available at this hotel. It truly caters to everyone’s interests and preferences. Whether you’re traveling with your family and need activities for the kids, or you’re an avid golfer looking for a challenging course, or perhaps you’re a nature and wildlife enthusiast wanting to explore the surroundings, this hotel has it all. I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It is definitely worth visiting, and I can guarantee that I will be back in the future. The combination of the beautiful accommodations, friendly staff, and the variety of activities make it an ideal destination for any traveler. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers exceptional service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and an abundance of activities, I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Years. We had two ocean wing connecting ground floor rooms for our family of seven and they were spacious and great. Highly recommend Ocean Wing for the private reception, more attentive service, breakfast options and quieter pool although the ocean wing is far from all kids activities. We had an issue with beach golf but the staff apologized and more than made up for it with ensuring we got to do all the water sports we wanted. Sheldon at water sports was a star.

Great amenities for traveling with children, great service and friendly staff.

The hospitality or service of the front persons were very nice. They were all sincere and made efforts to fulfill our requests. All the communication was available via WhatsApp messages, it’s easy for foreigners to talk. We used Ocean Wing Junior Suite for 3 nights and extended it with late checkout till 8pm because our departure flight was at midnight. I had been requested the late checkout since the first reservation 4 months before and even during the stay. The availability was however clarified at boon on the last day. Fortunately we could get late checkout but it would be better if they had told us a little bit earlier. Ocean wing junior suite was quite nice with a big bath equipped on balcony. The water was not so clear but enough hot. Taking bath seeing sunset was a zenith of the stay. We had dinner in Oceano Modern Grill restaurant twice and in-room dining twice. In Oceano you can enjoy Italian cuisine and especially seafood grill dishes. They were all tasty. In Oceano we could not have Malaysian local dishes, so we took them in in-room dining. In-room dining takes 45 to 60min after making orders. Taking such time is a demerit but having dinner on balcony seeing sunsets was also enjoyable.

The resort was very good overall. Good food options. Great pool and activities for the kids. Nice beach. Waterslide was a highlight for the kids. Only downside is we thought we were going at a quite period (last week of June) but the resort and island were very busy and it was difficult to get spots for activities that required bookings.

Warm and exceptional service. Beautiful property. Every dining experience on the property was terrific. My family thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Lovely place for a family getawat in nature

I love the place overall. Peaceful, Relaxation and my kids enjoy the indoor activities and swimming.

Luxury resort beside a beautiful beach with a natural reserve forest and golf court within the extensive premise. We had a family trip there for two nights. The hotel dispatched a van to pick us up from the airport. The van is spacious and comfortable, and the driver friendly and helpful. We had ocean kayaking, jet-skiing, natural walk at the hotel. This is the kind of dream tropic beach resort. All the staff are friendly and extremely willing to help. Overall we cannot recommend more highly of this great resort.
