1. We stayed in family suite, very poor air conditioner in living room. The hallway was even cooler than our living room. 2. Too many ants. My husband was bitten by ant all night. Horribly too many bugs. 3. Breakfast buffet was good. 4. Front desk was kind and efficient.

The stay was unpleasant. Staff gave the room which was occupied by others. Upon opening the door, saw others valuables and clothing hanging in the closet. They changed our room but was disappointed not on the same level as my kids room. As such, we were unable to have a peaceful sleep. The room was not well maintained too. The toilet floor stained of rust and water trapped due to poor in drainage system. The room is not spacious too. Was conned by the website images which shows large swimming pool and other facilities. Kids was disappointed.
