Frame Hotel

Good experience: 1, Room is clean 2. Staff is nice Bad Experience: 1. Only give one key card, it’s very inconvenient, I stay there with my wife and daughter, so everyone need to move together, e.g., my daughter doesn’t want to go outside but sleep at hotel, if I need to go outside, I’m not able to back to room. So if you have family trip to stay here, need to think about it (I did ask another key, but can not get it, and their room must to plug-in their key, try put some other card doesn’t work). 2. Soundproofing is bad 3. Sound of air condition has noise (but not sure whether other room has similar issue, it’s most likely it’s machine issue in my room only) In short, I like this hotel except key card (for the other 2, not too much concern on them?
