This is my second stay. This time their services seem not that satisfied, may be due by RMCO. - No housekeeping services for the stay. - The lift & escalator breakdown cant reach car park, it is frustrating for us which carring baby along when check in and check out. - And front desk didn't wear mask when we check in.

No upgrade due to the room booked not available to check in even I have baby with me. Offer an available room but which downgraded room type…. At the end pay to upgrade the room to let my baby rest and sleep which is around 2pm+
