We had a family suite which is a 2 bedroom apartment. It was great. Location is walkable to almost everything. Buffet was just OK.

The property is a bit dated, bed sheets and towels are yellowish (suggest to bring your own if you want to stay here), and some rooms are dark (so much so that I need to call two times to request for table lamp). We booked the family suite for five of us, after checked in we realised that suite was made up of two separate rooms next to each other. The plus point is the location and price. Near to a lot of food choices.

The room was amazing. Slept like a baby. Pool was great, 24 floor with great gym. Great view of city

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was back home with my family from receptionist team to the catering to the housekeeping to The Grounds people to security guard what more can I say I love you all and looking forward to coming back love you all Mr Robert

We booked a 2 bedrooms suites, very spacious and big. Really comfy for a family. Outside was the view of KL tower, nice ambience too. What was not very nice is when you trying to contact the housekeeping or the front desk thru the in-house phone, they won’t pick up the phone! The detergent for the dishes was not enough, the lift was damn damn slow. And the curtains can’t close properly allowing lights shining thru at night.

Stay there over the weekend with my family ( 4 adults and 2 kids ). We booked the 2 Bedrooms Suite ... Everything was average for that pricing, i got a spacious living room with a small functioning kitchen and comfortable bedrooms for my family. However, just 1 thing to note is that we stayed on the highest room and there was a dance club just opposite the hotel so the music and bass can be heard through out the nights.

Staff teally helpful, big pool with really nice view. the pool closed at 9 pm and start at 9 and unfortunatly many days they even start cleaning tge poil at 9 am what should be done before guest get inside the pool. 9 pm for closure is what is WAY TO EARLY. They should at least put new scedule for pool as poeple want to train in the morning and also poeple with kids want to go earlier then and single and couple want yo used the pool late with this amazing view. Many hotel in kuala lumpur offer 7 am to 10 pm to even 11pm .. so I think they REALLY NEED TO VONSIDER THAT. Mattress was ghard on rhe first room and better on tge second one but the cleaness of the second on was to that good but they send some one right away to clean. the area is SO SO NOTTHING TO DO THERE but easy yo take a grab for each around to go see others attractions.

Spacious, clean and modern. Stayed in a junior 2 bedroom suite. Only complaint is music too loud on Saturday night from a nearby club.
