InterContinental Kuala Lumpur, an IHG Hotel

Great family time with InterContinental hotel. Highly recommended for families 😇

Stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied from the valet service to my check out. Staff at the valet area was observant and quickly provided a lot for me to park when I told him that I am valet parking my car. After alighting, another staff was quick to assist with the luggage and bags that were unloaded from my car. Receptionist were friendly and helpful, and gave the keys to my room within minutes. Even though a baby cot was requested and acknowledged through the hotels.com app, the receptionist ensured that the room service provides the baby cot shortly after I reached my room. Room was clean and comfortable. Despite the long queue during breakfast, the staff were helpful in ensuring that the wait was not too long. Food were splendid with a plethora of choices which taste good as well. Hotel had its own nye countdown party which the hotel guests can join for free. Ideal for those who doesn't want to squeeze with the crowd. Excellent stay. If not for other commitments, wife actually said that she is OK to pay to stay a few more nights!

What i like most is all the staff from the bell boy to concierge to check in n to the waiter n waiteress in the restaurant , also the manager .All very professionals. Well done intercontinental KL .u make my family have a wonderful n fantastic get away. I will wan to come back again n will definitely introduce more of my friends n relative to stay here.

Great place to stay with family

Everything about our family's 5 night stay was excellent. Clean spacious rooms, comfy beds with soft bedsheets, elegant bathroom with great shower water pressure. Nice pool and well equipped gym. Exceptional service throughout the stay especially at the breakfast buffet - a wide range of international cuisines on offer, and was offered a couple of off menu items as well by the very friendly staff who came to have a chat to us every morning. Felt really well looked after by the team from beginning to end. Great location - a MRT station right next door. Less than10min walk to the Patronas Towers nearby, and there is a great mall at the ground floor, and also a great eating food court at the base of Four Seasons which is close by as well. A wonderful base when exploring KL.

The customer service in this hotel is superb, especially, the service staff in the lobby restaurant that serves breakfast buffet and the room service manager that offered us an extra bed for our child for free! We travel a lot worldwide and stayed in many great hotel, and have to say these service we received in the best. The hotel room is very comfortable and quiet even though our room was very close to the elevators, partly due to the well made heavy room doors that prevent slamming. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. One improvement is the cleaning level in the room, including floor and towels. Our room had peanut crumps when we first checked in, and some of the towels with brown marks. Overall, we loved the great services and good sleep in the hotel. The swimming pool area is well kept and enjoyable. We will come back if in KL, again.
