DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Food is okay, check in and out very fast,staff were friendly and dedicated.The room is clean, very satisfied.But at that time can't use swimming pool because it closed when raining.The next day my child are able to swim.Thank you double tree.

Check-in was fast & express check-out available. Breakfast great as usual. Room clean and able to provide additional towels and pillows for my child. Staff always ready to help and approachable. Keep it up 👍

I travel quite a bit on family trips and i dont usually leave bad review, but htis stay warranted it. Forst off all this is listed as 5 star hotel but its actually a 3 star because of the service. Below were the issues 1. My kid got locked in the bathroom as the door locked. We were in the mall and luckily he had a phone. When we called the hotel and notified of the emergency no one stopped by. We called again after 15 mins and when my wife was very upset they sent some one to the room. My son is 14 but still being stuck in a bathroom can be scary for kids. I am shocked they didnt treat it as an urgent request and we had to call and get loud to get service. When i spoke to the assistant manager he didnt even apologize which got me even more upset. He said he raised the issue to the hotel manger who didnt even bother to call back even though i sent a msg twice. This goes to show the basic lack of empathy and treatment of their customers. 2. The wifi in my room on 17th floor was not functional. We reserved 2 rooms so i had to go intot he kids room to use the wifi - No resolution here as well 3. The room they provided the sink was always clogged when you use it. Overall very disappointed and bacd customer service. Probably will never stay at this chain.

The hotel is a little bit old but the friendly environment and services was good. It is good for family.
