Sunshine City Prince Hotel

Very convenient place to stay as connecting to shopping mall and this is in a very strategic location. Easy to find place for playing, eating and shopping. Good for family or couple as well.

Pricey but very convenient. We had one room that accommodated five adults and a 10-year-old child. Nice layout of the rooms and photos of the hotel are accurate.

Nice hotel n convenient transportation by subway about 10-15 min walk thru city center. Airport limo bus drops u off in front of the hotel from both airports. Nice rooms but didn’t like air conditioning system was not cold enough for us n we asked staff to make the the room colder but it didn’t happen. Otherwise overall our stay was comfortable bed was a little too firm for us. Sunshine city mall is right next door with shopping n eateries n Pokémon n hello kitty store for the kids . Train station route on the basement of the mall. I would recommend n stay here again. Very accessible to go downtown Tōkyō by train

Good location and it is perfect for family

Sunshine City Prince Hotel was a convenient place to stay as there is a shopping mall right next door. There is a lot of food option as well. Rooms for 2 adults and 2 children was quite spacious. Limousine bus also stops at this hotel so getting to the airport is easy. The AC however could have been colder as we had it on the max but our room didn’t get cold enough.

The location is awesome. The airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is connected to the Sunshine City mall where there are lots of shopping and eateries. There’s also a family mart at the lobby which is super convenient. However, the walls are very thin and I could hear people talking in the next room. Also, the power point plugs are in the wrong location for phone charging. They are not near the beds but under a table. The JR Yamamoto line is also not very near, about 15 minutes walk.

Great hotel in Tokyo for traveling with family. Connected to sunshine mall with food, shopping and attractions. Rooms were large and spacious. Direct pickup from Airport shuttle to airport. Only wished we could control the A/C temperature.

Business trip Leisure with family ( 8 months old ). Hyper friendly staff, Clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to Ikebukuro station. Lot of family friendly food options around.

It was really clean, and accessible to all the shops at Sunshine. It was really nice that Familymart was also located inside the hotel. It's maybe nicer if the hotel has some authentic Japanese souvenir shop within. We also wished they had English tour information, so we know where to visit near by. Overall my family had a great stay here. Thank you!

Good sized rooms. Convenient with restaurants, shops and transport. Ideal for families.
