Close to train station and restaurants. Walking distance to Sunshine City and gaming area. Perfect for kids. Room is small but works and understandable. It comes with good amenities. Room is clean and staff are friendly. They have a baggage storage area after checking out.

Hotel near to train station. Lot of eateries within walking distance. Conveience store at the bottom of hotel building. Restaurant in the building so convenient when late check in. Laundry facilities available. Super King room was good size room for 2 adults and 1 child with extra bed.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and found it to be conveniently located near shopping areas with plenty of dining options. It's just a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is safe, clean, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the rooms are quite small. Despite requesting a larger room, none were available due to the holiday season. However, the on-site Denny's restaurant on the 2nd floor served delicious and reasonably priced food throughout the day. Additionally, having a Family Mart on the ground floor was convenient for visitors.

The hotel was great. It is about 5-10 minutes away from Ikebukuro station where there are lots of affordable places to eat. You get to choose between room service where they clean your room, replace your slippers, make your bed, supply you with water bottles, etc; eco where they dont go into your room but give you fresh towels and toothbrush; or do not disturb. The room is decent size compared to other tokyo hotel rooms. There is a Denny's on the 2nd flr if you are too tired to leave, and a 7-eleven for any daily needs. However there are family marts and restaurants all within 5-10 min walking distance. They also have a laundry service. The hotel room is clean. Receptionist desk speak english and are great.

We were originally going to stay at this hotel for 3 nights but one of our family members unfortunately ended up with a bad sickness, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful, kind and patient with helping us get medical help, even with limited english. We needed to extend our stay there and they helped us get a room for a good price even though it all happened unexpectedly quick. The staff also helped us send our luggage to our next hotel while traveling. Coming from someone who has stayed at many different hotels, I would really recommend this place. Great location, quite clean and well equipped with daily necessities. We will always treasure the kindness we received at this hotel and hopefully one day visit again!

Great place to stay with family. The twin beds quite large and the size of rooms is a bit bigger than the hotels we used to stay in Shinjuku area. 8-10 minutes walk to JR lines. Lots of great restaurant and shops nearby. Easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and many other districts.
