BOUL'ANGE bakery at the basement of Lumine mall is opened by 8 am which serve tasty and reasonable price’s breads And Tobu department store has all you needs, biggest Daiso, Uniqlo, the top 3 levels of the building are restaurants. Nearby the hotel has lots of different restaurants serves different cuisines: Italian tomato cafe, mister donuts, Kura sushi, mos burger.

Everything makes sense in the room. Good and fast check in and out. Breakfast is simple probaby the only area that needs improvement. If you need a very quiet room to sleep in Tokyo - this is your choice. Convenient location - Family Mart, 7-11 and Lawson all within 6 minutes walk. Train station is within 8 minutes walk.

Very convenient location, only few mins walk to JR and metro, the room is large enough for 2 adults and 1 kids, the staff are nice and polite

It was a good family stay at the hotel.

The airport limousine bus stop at the hotel which is very convenient as i was travelling with family. The hotel also managed to arrange for connecting rooms. There is also a direct bus to Gotemba factory outlet from hotel. Lots of dining options and good shopping around the hotel. Train station is just a few mins walk (west exit S) Very accessible. Staff at the concierge desk were very helpful with my enquiry on how to get to Kawaguchiko by bus. Tried the buffet breakfast on level 1 and found that there is room for improvement. The overall experience at the hotel was excellent. Will return definitely

The location was great, 2 mins away from Ikebukuro station, also attached to department stores and many eateries around. The hotel itself was nothing special. The staff spoke English, however, did not even help my wife who had to lug four luggages into her room herself while managing two small children, while placing her in the furthest corner of the hotel. Which is something I'd expect at four star hotel, especially in Japan. The buffet was mediocre, best spend your money and calories elsewhere.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. Will introduce my family and friends to stay in this hotel when visiting Tokyo.
