My stay was absolutely phenomenal!! From the aesthetics lobby to the room with city view everything was very upscale. Only thing that didn’t satisfy me was the booking for lunch and dinner. If you want to eat at the hotel you must book a table days prior because they are booked. So if you want to try lunch you must book at least 2-3 days in advanced which isn’t very convenient. Super nice staff tho. I highly recommend if your coming to stay with a spouse or family members.

This was my first time traveling to Japan and it was a solo trip. This hotel not only was well esthetic in the lobby and rooms but the service provided was great. Staff were friendly and attentive. One of the subway stations is literally a few steps next to the hotel and so I could easily get to many places. There is also another station about a 5 minute walk for the JR line. So super convenient. I also had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. It was a delicious and affordable ten course meal. I stayed at two other places while visiting Japan and I would highly recommend to anyone traveling with family, friends or even solo, like me :)
